Deliveries within the Island of Ireland (all prices incl. VAT)
0.1 g to 30 kg – €5.40
Orders in excess of €35 qualify for free delivery in the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.
Typical delivery time within the Island of Ireland: 2 – 5 business days. This does not include bank/public holidays.
All orders (up to 25 kg ) will be shipped in single package/delivery, orders over this weight may be packaged in multiple boxes.
Delivery of any order up to 30 kg in weight, within the Island of Ireland will be charged a flat fee of €5.40 (incl. VAT).
Anyone wishing to order over 30 kg of products within the Island of Ireland should contact us by phone for delivery rates and/or trade sales information.
Exception to the above, where the order total for delivery within the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland exceeds €35, in which case delivery is free.
The delivery address should be provided in full (incl. postal code / eircode), as well as a valid contact number, as the courier company may need to contact you in the event:
– your address cannot be found,
– there is nobody at the supplied address to receive the delivery,
– of requiring further information,
– of unforeseen circumstances.
Original Beauty Limited cannot be held responsible in the event that a delivery or deliveries are delayed due to bad weather, natural occurrences or other events outside of its control. In the event that we identify a delivery is delayed due a lack of stock or an admin error on our part, we will happily compensate the customer with a free product (of our choice), which will ship with the original product once stock is available (the free product will vary depending on stock availability and/or active promotions). Alternatively, if the product has not yet shipped, the customer may contact us to cancel her / his order and receive a refund (but in this case, will not receive her / his free product/gift).
Our delivery company provides ‘track and trace’ on all deliveries. This services is also available to our customers for the tracking of individual orders. As soon as the parcel is picked up from our warehouse our delivery company will send you an email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.
The ‘track and trace’ system also allows us to see if a product has yet been delivered and if it has, who signed for the delivery. This information may be used in the event of a dispute.
If there is no one at the address to receive the parcel, the courier will contact the customer on the phone number given to Original Beauty Limited to arrange another delivery. In such cases, Original Beauty Limited will not take responsibility for the delay in delivery.
In the event products have been damaged in transit, Original Beauty Limited require that you return the damaged product/product(s) to us via registered post or courier. Where the damaged is found to have been the result of the delivery company or our packaging, Original Beauty Limited will provide replacement product(s) and refund the cost of the return shipment (reimbursement may not be possible in the form via credit/debit card depending the amount of time that has passed since the order was placed. In such an event, every effort will be made to reimburse the customer as swiftly as possible).
